From what I've seen it is a majority Russian government propaganda outlet. It is useful to see the lies being told to the Russian people about the west and about their military interference in other sovereign nations affairs. With western media being free and not government controlled we don't get to see the lies Putin and his supplicants are spreading to his countries victims oops I mean citizens. Shame RT is being reeled in as it is always useful to know what lies are being broadcast!
