A good deal of this resonates with me because I have recently gone through a similar situation. Only difference is that I am a uni professor instead of an MD. But ex was in advertising/marketing and the whole idea of money completely went to her head. So, like Fleishman, I ended up with the kids because she couldn't be bothered with them. In short, many of the things I see in this show very much ring true.
