Someone needs to pick this up for a fourth season. Alex and Ryan were made for eachother and the fact that Ryan and Shelby ended up together is just weird. Perhaps they were both grieving the loss of Alex and that’s what brought them together, but there’s no chemistry. Ryan tires to be a good guy, but you can tell he’s still in love with Alex. There was mention that in a fourth season Ryan would “probably” die. They could make it seem that way, but really he barely escapes and goes into hiding. No one knows. Alex, Shelby, and gang team up to get the bad guy(s) who “killed” Ryan. Once they do, Ryan comes out of hiding. By then, Shelby has moved on (maybe Caleb comes back?) and Ryan and Alex realize they were meant for eachother. As for McQuigg, he really is a bad country song. Maybe he dies or at least moves on when he realizes Ryan and Alex are made for eachother.
