Terri Gouge

We adopted a rescue dog (called him Charlie ), and there was no background information available for him. We didn't have a clue where to start with training and helping him settle in. Susan was amazing, she was patient and so knowledgeable and helpful. She not only spent time with us for personal training, but also provided loads of information and training resources to help us continue the training. He's coming along nicely thanks to Susan's help and support. A huge thank you from Charlie and us!
