The show pissed me off several times. The debt and final episode play such a big role, however the economics of running this well-known neighborhood restaurant is never explained. It makes absolutely no sense to me that one of the best chefs in the world can’t get some media coverage or boost prices. The amount of clients doesn’t seem to be the issue anyway but somehow they’re always struggling. I understand the debt issue, but the whole story leaves so much gaps. Instead it constantly introduces the same useless drama over and over.
