Super slow build increasing the tension each week. No questions answered because no one understands as the entire planet slowly grinds to a halt. No shirtless superheroes, No Hollywood movie stars acting brave... probably exactly like a real alien invasion might look. Outstanding performnces from largely unknown actors, kids and adults alike. Gorgeious cinematography and a superb soundtrack... Guessing people wanted a Godzilla with Bruce willis vehicle. I think it's an outstanding piece of TV that is widely misunderstood.
