This is my second review for this company, Things happen in life ,well my truck got repossessed I'm embarrassed to say but JOY is the lady I had to speak to about getting my truck back, and instead of feeling embarrassed and uneasy when I called her ,she. Was the sweetest ever . She also offered to let me refinance my balance so my payment would be pushed back so I'd have a month until next month. She made me feel extremely comfortable and didn't charge a bunch of fees like other places would. She had several options to fit my needs and actually cared about my situation. She deserves credit for that. If it wasn't for her I'd be walking. So THANK YOU JOY YOUR AWESOME!!
