I loved this movie . (spoilers ahead) We're set scene with a man (Godlock - the father) running and a red balloon above him symbolizing his son. Who unfortunately passed away due to gang violence that had no correlation or connection to this family. Godlock was then seen running after the responsible gang but was then shot in the throat. Fortunately, though, he survived and decided enough was enough and got revenge for his son. It doesn't matter how unrealistic this movie is, it's a movie either way. What touched my heart was the relationship between son and father. I'm growing up without a father, who acts like I'm not alive and wouldn't fight for me. While Godlock was fighting for his dead son and still felt his son's presence I love this movie since it shows how far some parents would go for their children and that losing a child, is a true heart ache. I felt it even thought I'm not a parent.
