Entertaining, thought provoking, and twisted, this is a classic King staple to pick up. (And not put down till the last page.)

I love this series. Not sure which of them is my favorite but probably the first one. I first read it when it was newly released and have cherished them ever since. I think I read the library copy at least 10 times before eventually buying my own copies. Ryan's anxiety inducing tension is on display in this series. Was hooked from start to finish. Her characters are well developed for YA, and I rooted for most of them. Definitely worth reading if you're a zombie fan.

Was tension filled and exciting. Read it very quickly bc I was sucked in. Not super deep like Carrie's other series, Forest of Hands and Teeth... Also, narrator is not overly likeable, but it works. If you want a quick, intense YA thriller, pick this one up!!
