I had bought tickets to the wrong movie theatre and tried to email them stating what I have done they didn’t contact me 5 days later so I called them and they told me there was nothing they could do for me because it was after the movie started. Even though I emailed them at the start time of the movie. Customer service is terrible don’t use them!
