This one is a fantastic self help book that has helped me in easing out my irrational worries/thoughts and has given me great insight to look at any problem or an event.
I am not a big fan of self help books per se but if I will have to recommend any one book to anyone, it will be this book for sure for excellent real life problems which I think could be relatable by many people who have a tendency to overthink Or getting anxious easily.It is amazing that i read this book almost 4/5 years back but everytime I get anxious or overly worried, I pick up this one to get some rational and helpful insight to the problems and trust me, this book has never disappointed me. No usage of fancy or complex terms in the chapters which makes it easy to comprehend for anyone.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars โญ to this. ๐
