Incredibly honest and Frank account of life with a life long condition. Joe Tracini treads a very clever line between showing how awful his life has been due to Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder and making the book funny and accessible. As someone who works in a Community Mental Health Team I can’t recommend this book enough to colleagues, clients or just the interested enough
