This series had such potential. A massive mostly unexplored ship seeding stargates throughout galaxies. Rather than the constant grind battling aliens (and there was plenty of that), the crew had to face many real world problems in just keeping the space ship going, and ensuring food, water and other essentials coming in. A lost opportunity to tie in the series and understand the origins of the stargates and no closure when the series ended.

Great series! Sadly, it lacked a decent ending to wrap up the Stargate Atlantis run. It had some nice cross overs from SG-1 team as well.
