Love this game but horrible customer service. All is done through email. And if you get ripped off on the game currency it very difficult to get it back if you don’t keep track of your sapphires. Lot of glitching in the last year and they had a data breach. This wiped out thousands of users and the several hundreds of dollars people have spend on the game. Animal jam locked out their own players to prevent accounts being stolen but many people forgot the original email that was used to sign up the account. This effectively shut people out and lost whole accounts worth maybe even thousands of dollars. I have Had to email AJ too many times to deal with glitching to sapphires being taken with no product in hand. When have asked about some compensation with all the issues I’ve had they acted like I asked Them for real life unicorn tears or mermaid. Wish I could Give it a five stars.
