one of my favorite games growing up. still recall buying it on a whim when i was in my freshman year of college. i was one of few people who bought a Dreamcast during the time and even fewer who bought an original copy of Skies of Arcadia. it was unique, original, a lot of pleasant surprises, excellent depth and robust systems interlaced with each other very well. i can find very little flaws and what few are not even worth mentioning. there is a reason why us fans clamor on and on about it and beg for a rerelease, HD remake, sequel, prequel, anything to get more out of this game which deserves to be reintroduced. its not the nostalgia talking either as i've often tell people who never heard of it or played it to try it and they get hooked on it. its one of those games that aged like fine wine.

got it for free like many of us. been playing since the 1st Shogun. enjoyed Three Kingdoms, but this just seems flat for me. graphics are nice but seems very little substance here. so thanks for a free game but not going to be taking up ssd space.
