I started using this book as far back as 1988 when i was giving birth to my kids it helped me a lot i treated my children without going to hospital i even helped my neighbours dure to the expirience i had from this book i only went to hospital with my kids when it concerns blood transfussion .infact i bought twice rivised standared i still want to introduse it to my children. I is very amazing.
