I used to watch the show but Amy her son and daughter in law have made it feel toxic. They think that Matt should just give some or all of the property at a low cost or for free. That is ridiculous. Matt is getting to the point where he can't maintain the farm and everything on it. He has medical issues and all those things add up. He will need a lot of money for his retirement because he has a lot of medical issues. The kids need to go do their own thing and not be upset about not getting something for nothing. He and Amy worked for it, Amy (needed money) so she sold her share back to Matt. Why didn't she give her share to the kids? Zack and his wife are acting like spoiled brats and entitled. Were all the kids going to get an even share and take over all aspects of the farm ( I don't think so)
So then everyone would get in a fight about that. Damned if you do or damned if you don't. Very sad that Amy and the kids a driving a wedge in the family. Children should make their own way if they can, and Zack and Tory are doing well on their own.
Amy seems to be happy that there is a rift between Matt and his son. It has turned. On top of it all they are mad at Matt's girlfriend. She is doing the right thing staying out of it. It is a family matter and it is not her "circus" to be involved in. The show has turned into a sad, depressing and negative story, which is not entertaining at all. Life is too short and we never know what will happen, so why fight over material things. Too much bad vibes to enjoy, moving on to more positive entertainment.
