Yesterday I got 4 boxes of xxx roasted green Chile to find them filled with mild and slime. I tried calling the uneducated manager but young girl answersed and took down the information just to tell me to hold in and apparently gave her version of what I told her to the next person who got on the phone who could even get his job title right the first or second time right much less the hours in-between the roasting and storing the Chile. I'm 55 and front nm all my life and purchased Chile for many many many years so I know what it takes. The so called manager was combative and wanted to talk but not listen. This place has ZERO customer service. They may have a big variety of fruits and veggies and ni Ely stalked but the service is still horrible because the mold and slime filled roasted green Chile would t be accepted back by the store to either make it right or return my money. This place needs a visit from the health inspectors. They are a bunch of unprofessional greedy crooks. Whi the heck seems moldy Chile and is OK with it? If I could post the pictures here I would so every could see what I was sold for $200.
