There are some images you can never forget and this is full of them. Really scary and creepy. It gave me nightmares and made me forever look under beds and seats in movie theaters.
Karen Black was a big star in the 1970’s and she was a great and versatile actress. She’s terrific in this memorable frightening tale.
The 1970’s was a great era for horror, especially on tv. Keep the lights on.

It’s a modern day take on screwball comedy. A descendant of a classic like, Bringing Up Baby with nasty language from a hilarious leading lady.
It’s just fun. Perfect timing cause I know I needed a laugh like that. Add a star if you watched Jaws recently.

This is very, very disturbing and I almost couldn’t watch to the end. I’m glad I did as there was some distressing closure. The point I think being is this is what happens to children all the time. The director couldn’t show that so, he made an absurdist horror film about abuse and switched the roles instead. That’s a common dynamic the silence of the victim and the cover up of the witnesses/other parent. It’s a sad story.
