I finished this drama a while ago so my review is kind of foggy anyway overall this was a great drama generally I don't finish my C-dramas cause of the slow burn and length but I chose to finish this one. The reason its four stars being the length of there lines in both the anime and manhwa Lan Zhans lines are less than wei wu xian but in this the lines significantly decreased way more than both of the original products while wuxian would have tons of lines I could recognize in total about 25 lines for lan zhan. Another thing the slow burn there were alot of things added in the live action compared to the manhwa, the anime was pretty short and really only included the main highlights and problems. The live action many people says that its Bl and most people classify it as bromance but if ur planning on on watching it for that u best wanna read the manhwa which is shounen ai. BroMance generally means being really good guy friends with no shame between fine with hugging sleeping on the same bed cuddling and really flirty with each other. In the live action its none of that just really good friends with a strong sense of trust I originally came cause it was classified as a Bl on the internet. The Anime and Manhwa would be considered as a BL just not the live one. And that's Mostly it another thing there's a ginormous slowburn and one or two gaps in the plot if your fine with that then recommend this.
