The worst company ever!!! Don’t fly with them.
We had two backpacks which fit in the size box and they charged us for it! When we complained and she looked at it she said it is already paid and can’t be refunded.
Never ever we fly with them again.
Awful service and extremely rude staff. You should teach your team better.
