I am not a fanatic of Billie, but this is a superb album. The sound has evolved so much ! The production is layered and intelligent. Finally I understand the genius of Finneas. Billie sounds wonderful and mature. It is Finneas’ work though that makes this the best album of 2024 ( so far).
The pressing is ok - a bit on the low side but nothing a higher volume won’t fix. Do clean the record before playing to avoid that extra hissing, especially during the softer parts.
