This film provides the education you need to inspire you to become part of the change; part of the solution. Our educational systems must make watching this - with follow up action planning - a requirement for all students. Community groups can watch together and brainstorm solutions - including their personal and communal actions. This includes legislative changes that provide laws to regulate along with the funding to oversee the implementation. Not just "cheap" talk! Action!! Just passing a bill will not bring change; only the follow-up and long term commitment. And, this can not be a partisan effort. Those discarded bottles and snack wraps do not have only Republican or Democrat fingerprints; they are universal!! I think we need to RETHINK the idea of recycling and put our own human energy in to stopping personal use, communal uses such as in any building i.e. school, church, business that options are available. Perfect opportunities for STEM projects where students are not always influenced by life long habits and have the ability and energy for a much broader perspective thus less inhibited and influenced thinking. Actions; not words!!
