Olav Koert is not the artist of this release. It isn't the name of an artist at all, and looks more like an odd choice of name for this release. Voqa Kamica Kei Matanibola is the artist, and "Rosi ni Yasawa" is the title of the second track, which happens to be the hit from this two-track single; there's a very nice video for the song, from See-Sew Productions, that was released April 4, 2019. Pleasant island reggae with a distinct Fijian quality, including the language in which it's sung.
