As a commoner who goes to watch a movie, you hardly notice any of the intricacies that a top notch reviewer like Anupama Chopra or Rajeev Masand would pinpoint in their reviews, but what you do expect is to feel a sense of belonging to the movie itslef, where in a story like this a person sitting in the theatres would be viewing themselves and not the actor on screen, kudos to Ranveer Singh for being so immersed in the role, that he managed to touch some delicate notes in quite possibly every commoner, the story in itslef was binding, and it gripped you through its entire plot, the scenes drawn out were realistic and relatable, all in all I think if you come out of the theatres feeling genuinely happy and satisfied with the way the story panned out without being overwhelmed by the ending, you know you watched a genuinely good movie.
Every person should go and watch Gully Boy, they definitely would have their money worth the entire 158 minutes.
