Kayla Depew

This mini series took the non-beloved marvel characters that didn't really embody their roles quite enough to endear them to fans hearts like the other characters and tried to create something entertaining that just feel flat. It felt like they wanted to do more with the characters, but there just wasn't enough character embodiment or development for any of them to really make a whole movie of so they decided to make a sad story after all the other characters grew up and got on with their lives. It could have redefined these characters, but it wasn't endearing enough. No comedic relief, just resentment and hardship; even in the normal hardship of life there's comedy. This made it unrelatable and hard to care about the characters, storyline or outcome. Winter Soldier could have been a much more interesting character, but he was stuck with all the others which just turned out blah. And this doesn't even begin to cover the orphans and ulterior agendas presented throughout the writing.
