I loved this book a lot 🥹😠I'm genuinely so sad that it's over. I've known about this book for a while but I've put off reading it properly since it was so long, but the concept has always intrigued me, and I'm glad that I picked it up! It took me a long time to finish it, and it wasn't a bad thing i actually love how I could go about my day and make time to read and be transported in the middle of the main character's lives. I love the characters in this book. I think they deserved so much more than life was able to give them. I wanted them to be happy, I wanted them to be safe, I wanted them shielded from the inevitable terrible things in store for them throughout the story. I was so sad that I finished the novel because I wanted to read about them more! It's written in multiple perspectives and time jumps and the way it all came together towards the end? Incredible. I would never have guessed how the two main characters would be meeting, and I loved that. This book is tender, soft, sad, hopeful, hopeless, frustrating, rewarding, and all everything in between. It's written in such a great way too. I have so much to say but I'm just word vomiting at this point haha. It's a great book 🥹 I love it so much.
