I'm so disappointed... Avatar 1 was my favorite movie ever.... For Avatar 2, I was tense the whole time, it was like watching a James Bond movie full of destruction and killing, no deep meaning, even the tribes were abrasive towards each other, and they offered no resolution whatsoever. It was basically like here's this pointless story with no solution and we can't wait to sell you the next one. The reason I gave it an extra star is because the effects are beautiful and the actors are good. I won't go see any other future avatars out of principle, as this one was so flagrantly set up to sell the next one 😒
