I ordered the midnight diner special tonight (3/17/22), with pancakes, scrambled eggs, and hash browns. I paid all of that money for a third party delivery only to find no utensils, no syrup, no butter. Called manager and all he said was I don’t have an order by that name. Once he realized I did indeed place that order, he proceeded to tell me that it was the 3rd party delivery companies responsibility. He was rude and very defensive instead of apologizing or offering me some kind of compensation. Will never order or dine in at this place ever again. Very bad customer service especially from the manager that’s working there tonight. He didn’t give his name!
