Google doesn't give the option, but this was a 3.5/5 for me. The films concept is really intriguing and does a good job of keeping you hooked to find out more. It does suffer from the screenplay and acting at times, but this is a $1 mill budget film so it's forgivable. I wish it had more money to play around with things like the cameras used to shoot it and the set design a bit more. Honestly, it's a decent and cool watch all in all.

Mortal is a very out-of-the-box take on some Norse mythology in a psychological thriller form. For being such a low-budget project, it's shot beautifully with themes akin to Nolan and Reeve's respective styles. Though the story itself takes some time to eventually get you interested, and the characters make odd decisions at times, it ends up being a well-rounded film worthy of a watch.
