This movie was hilarious. It was genuinely just funny, there was a creepy factor but a lot of the terror and intensity of the film made me laugh. Yes it was dark, but the way some of the characters, especially the demon, said their lines made it a good laugh. It got boring at parts and perhaps that’s because I found it funny and thought it was taking itself too seriously. However I definitely recommend this film no matter your outlook, wether it scared you or not. Personally the hype didn’t live up to my expectations but I was pleasantly surprised by the dark humour I could find in it. Taking this movie from the perspective that I did, that of unseriousness and being fully aware of the unrealistic nature of the film, made it less of a horror more of a dark comedy. Either way, would recommend.
