Steven was framed for the original rape charge and the sheriff not only knew it but was proud enough to have that 'sketch' FRAMED on his wall. The fact that the state paid out even $400,000 dollars at all confirms that he was framed. THEN THEY DID IT AGAIN !!
Since 911 you are now 'guilty' until proved innocent in America.
It is no longer the proud land of the free but a police state where the police can shoot to kill if you don't obey their instructions.
