It took me a while to be able to watch the entire film. When I first began it, I had to stop for a while because I knew it was going to be a life-changing, and I wasn’t ready yet.
Almost a year later, I finished the film, and can identify in ways only the therapist and the patient would. Jonah Hill, and his Dr. Stutz go where no therapy has gone before. It is behind the scenes, over the line, and breaks through an invisible one sided, one way street of vulnerability.
This film is life-changing. The tools are simple and if followed will change your life the same day you begin. Get out of bed, and make it. Battling depression due to circumstances in the home and society can start and be managed through the tools that STUZ has not only defined, but provided the critical explanation for the “why’s”.
