The basic premise of the movie is commendable with Paresh Rawal and Neena Kulkarni being excellent as usual. Mimi Chakraborty though new to Hindi cinema was good.
However, as it mostly happens in Bollywood the movie shows both extremes of parents and grandparents whereas in actual life the middle path is always the best option. In life nothing is either black or white but a combination of the two.
One cannot say that progressive is bad and regressive is good and vice versa. These two words were the crux of the legal battle hence being repeated here.
