I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Blue Star. Despite being a loyal customer, I have not received the proper service that I expected. We have faced multiple issues with our recent purchase, specifically with the AC unit's coil. Despite the AC being only two years old, we are being charged ₹6,000 for its repair.
We issued a complaint in April, but Blue Star didn't feel like following up or visiting to address the issue. As a result, we were without a functioning AC for almost the entire summer season.
In contrast, my LG AC, which I used for 12 years, never had any such issues. The difference in service and product reliability is stark and disappointing.
The representatives seemed indifferent to our concerns and failed to provide any satisfactory solutions. It's frustrating to see such a reputable company neglecting its customers' needs and failing to uphold basic standards of service.
I hope Blue Star takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements to ensure better service in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend their products or services.
