Gorgeous ambiance throughout the story. Love the literary thread & the references that connect all the historical literary figures. Love the music & musical history with string instruments. This is one of the best vampire movies & I’ve been a fan since well before vampires became trendy. It’s so much more than a “blood & superpowers” tale.

I’m laughing as I read the negative reviews - they are no joke mostly by men. Big surprise? Nah, guys…just HUSH YO FACES. U have no clue what you’re weighing in on here.

I love the show. I hope more seasons are in the works but like most good shows it will likely get canceled bcz viewers are ridiculously fickle now and just don’t give shows a chance.

Love the movie but WHY do they run outside and bash the fireflies to death with rackets??? Mean!

It stuns & enrages me how the early citizens of the US went to war bcz they wanted to stop the British from trying to force the world to sound, speak & behave exactly like them yet turned right around and did the same thing to the indigenous ppl who were here🤬🤬🤬. I know this is a Canadian story but we were just as bad😥😥😥

Well done, love period shows like this. It’s similar to The Mill. The soundtrack isn’t overwhelming like so many shows/movies now where u can’t concentrate bcz u feel like you’re at a concert instead of watching TV & the music drowns everything out. So irritating. This is my 2nd time watching and I also realized how nice it is to be able to focus on the storyline & characters bcz everyone isn’t parading around in designer clothes & overdone makeup and people just look like normal everyday people.

Love it! What’s not to love about Aidan Turner and Rafe Spall - really fun romp through the time period when painters were being discovered left and right.

Samantha Morton is fantastic as always. Maybe the dialogue could have been a bit sharper at times but overall a great series. Made me want to research the true history behind the book.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. A very different and unique take on King Arthur & the Pendragon bloodline. Merlin and the Druidess Nimue, Guinevere, Morgana Pendragon, the Saxons/Vikings & Excalibur - all these characters have a storyline as well and it’s GREAT. Nothing cheesy about the show…it’s definitely medieval; intense battles, village struggles, fights over land, conflict between priests & druids - everything u might expect…and so well cast and written.
