Let's face it, the real reason to see this movie is to watch the original John Shaft(Richard Roundtree) yes he's older & gray; but a still fine M.F., shut my mouth🤐. I do agree that the dialogue is somewhat lame & corny and too many misogynistic comments towards women( whoever produced the movie...times up!). Otherwise, the cool factor of Samuel Jackson doesn't equate to an entirely failed movie; see it for what it is! Btw R. Quinn; Morgan Freeman isn't in the movie; it's Samuel L. Jackson!
