First, why is the same review being used over n over by different people...not fair. Anyway, I like the movie I was a bit disappointed with the ending. I decided to read the book and it was not what I expected. I thought by reading the book I would get more details...actually the movie was so much better than the book. I think even tho book wasn't good, I can appreciate the overall message of the movie...maybe we all need to prepare for this kind of situation in the future.

I read a few neg reviews before reading the book but I still really enjoyed this book more so than I thought. At times I got tired of reminders but I realize some people may need recaps here and there. As usual I would question stupid decisions characters made, Claire is doc of all things" but there was a new thing she did that irritated me but I understood why she did it...jumps ahead (Bri pregnancy) I understand why the book was so long, at times slow...but claire n Jamie have this huge extended family...lots of stories have to be woven together. huge extended family
