It was not what I expected but SO MUCH BETTER than I ever could have imagined! All of the actors gave wonderful performances but Tom Hanks was , well, PERFECT!! I could not imagine another actor delivering such a powerful , yet understated interpretation of this great teacher, encourager , gentle, kind man who really did make a difference in the lives of countless children ( including my daughter) and helped them grow into better adults than they would have without his loving and caring influence.
