This is a very deep movie about two people who fall in love with each other and everything about them. And then over time the things they loved about the other started to grind and they took each other for granted and started to see each other negatively. So they decided to have the memories of their relationship erased. But their love for each other was so strong. Then they got the chance to hear their erased memories back when they first started together. The intial reaction was to reject the partner and leave. But something made them wait. They realized they had allowed their relationship to go off track. They then saw it as an opportunity to address the issues, remember the things they loved about each other and were drawn to. How they needed to appreciate, be grateful, and cherish each other. This is one of the most powerful movies I've ever seen. Relationships always need to be worked on. They either get better or worse. They never stay the same. We learn to accept and love the idiosycrasies and faults of our partner and acknowledge and laugh at our own. Or we end up unhappy and alone.
