10/10 First and foremost, I don't review shows or movies unless I ABSOLUTELY enjoyed it. I was initially extremely critical of this. The only reason I watched it was because my sister told me it was "SOOOOOO good". And as always, I didn't trust her judgement. I went in expecting a cringy and cheesy enemies to lovers. But it wasn't. Like at ALL (apart from one scene lol). Most of those tropes that you want to see always end up getting botched in shows and movies. But not this show. It was like it was right out of a book. It had the PERFECT enemies to lovers, the forbidden romance, the opposites attract, and I've never been a fan, but also the miscommunication trope. And the acting is... PHENOMENAL. The characters had depth and development 👌🏼. I was HOOKED. But let's talk about the music—oh my goodness, it was on bloody point! I don't know HOW but every track was perfectly chosen to amplify the emotional depth of the scenes. IN A NUTSHELL, Maxton Hall is a must-watch. It's a stunning blend of powerful storytelling and masterful music that leaves a lasting impression. If you haven't seen it yet, do yourself a favour and check it out—you won't be disappointed! ❤️‍🔥

I'm a bit late to the party. So I'll keep this nice and simple. I do not watch movies. I am not a fan of movies. I loved this movie. It was brilliant. Did not get bored for a millisecond. If you haven't already watched this movie, do yourself a favour and go watch it... now. Like right now.

This show left me and will leave you on the edge of your seat, holding your breath, and begging for more. From the first episode to the last, this series takes you on a journey through a thrilling world of ghosts, ghouls, and spectres. It's a unique and engaging show that will keep you hooked from start to finish. What sets Lockwood & Co. apart from other shows is its remarkable attention to detail. The setting is dark, eerie, and atmospheric, with a backdrop of a haunted London. The special effects are breathtaking, with each ghostly encounter being more terrifying than the last. The cinematography is stunning, and the acting is superb, with each character bringing their own unique personality and flair to the screen. One of the standout features of the show is the chemistry between the characters. The dynamic between the three main characters - Lockwood, Lucy, and George - is electric, with each actor bringing their own unique energy and chemistry to the group. Their witty banter and camaraderie make you want to be a part of their team and join them on their ghost-hunting adventures. The writing of the show is also exceptional, with each episode leaving you craving for more. The pacing of the show is perfect, with a perfect balance of action, suspense, and character development. The show is based on the book series by Jonathan Stroud, and the adaptation to the screen is seamless. Now, like most shows and movies, let's be rational (considering the budget and filming time and editing)... the show is not a replica of the books word for word but is still remains true to the heart and soul of the books. Even if it isn't completely like the books it makes for an extremely compelling show regardless. I am crossing my fingers that I, once again, will be teleported back to this fascinating world teeming with ghosts. 👏
