Great cast, but it couldn't carry on what Boseman left. Cinematography was either under or back lit, hampering storytelling, and the entire second was saggy in the extreme. The usual jumps in logic - I made an Iron Man suit, minus the dramatic need! - and the action is formulaic in the extreme. Needs a thorough edit, and continues the sharp, downward trend in Phase 4 Marvel flicks. Avoid.
