It is a great series. Catholics should particularly like it and atheists will find much to amuse them. While the Pope questioned his faith, he deep down believed or would not pray. He was very understanding of people.
Jude Law is spectacular and the cinematography is beautiful. Every actor and actress in this is brilliant. Politics, passion and penance are all at odds to create a constant tension.
If you are too PC or easily offended, you may not like it. Work really hard to get over it and watch this.
