I ordered this cookbook and the Whole Body Reset book together, not realizing that the book has plenty of recipes in it. I’ve not read the entire book yet, but so far I’ve not found a section that suggests a 15 day smoothie ONLY diet to start things off, which is what the cookbook recommends. The white, green and red smoothies contained lots of unusual ingredients (e.g. almond flour, almond extract, coconut butter, lemon extract, heavy (scourging) cream…no idea what that is!). In addition, the cookbook was very poorly written (or edited!). There were a lot of typos and other errors (e.g. Oven-Roasted Brussels Sprouts: “1 lb Brussels sprouts, clipped and shared”…not sure what was meant there? Reading on: “To get the best results, bake the baking plate for 15 minutes in the kiln”…yes, it says kiln. Some of the recipes left out ingredient quantities, and didn’t explain how to make things. It also skipped around with some recipes using cup, tbsp, etc. and others using g, ml. This cookbook was not worth the money! Just get the book and follow its suggestions for increasing the protein and fiber in every meal, and use their suggested recipes and ingredients.
