I'm not going to tell you if you should play it or not, but this review is simply to express my anger with Activision in general. Their latest game, BO6, might actually be fine, but I will never know. I will not be playing it or paying for it at all. The last 3-4 years, I've watched Activision ruin their best selling game franchise in favor of quick cash grabs. I have not played last year's game due to the simple fact that they made it all about Warzone. COD ISN'T WARZONE. COD was a fantastic fps series some years ago, and today, Activision refuses to listen to their OG fans and what we want from a COD game. I don't want the next Warzone, I don't want the next freaking Fortnite, I just want COD like it used to be. Until Activision stops using the same cheap and shady business practices while chasing the cash which, let's be honest, they won't, I will never be buying another game from them again.

My honest opinion. I find it difficult to think of positives about this show so far. Perhaps the only good thing I can say is that the Jedi Order is depicted in an interesting way. Us fans know that the Jedi are morally grey in a lot of situations, and this series does embrace that part of the Order. I want to give The Acolyte the benefit of the doubt here and say "let it cook," but if episode 3 isn't any better than the first two episodes, I would say avoid watching this series altogether. It's not worth it. The acting is bad, characters are forgettable, the writing and direction of this show are all over the place. This show feels like a waste of time and a waste of budget. I had to look up Leslye Headland (the director, writer, and producer) because I legitimately had no idea who she was, and I like to know the people behind my beloved franchise. Now I understand why I didn't know of her. Most of the things she has directed and produced had "Meh" scores across the board. I don't know why Disney thought hiring her to direct a Star Wars property was a good idea. I'll still be giving episode 3 a chance when it releases next week, but the outlook is so bleak.
