Pointlessly long with a narrative designed solely to showcase the visual effects. Disengaging with a cast of characters I couldn’t care less about. A real sense of relief from my fellow cinema goers as we were released from our seats and shuffled out of the darkness. I began to wonder if it was a generational thing until my 12 year old daughter described the film as “pointless”
