Julia Armstrong

This show is a perfect microcosm of everything I love in TV: monster-of-the-week plots, camp energy, found family, believable and natural character development, quality sound design, a diverse cast, brilliant sets, and colorful shots instead of an onslaught of dark backgrounds and barely-lit scenes. The story is well-paced, and the acting is amazing, especially considering this was the first major project for a few of the main actors. I've been recommending it to everyone I know, and I'm gladly doing that here as well. Watch Dead Boy Detectives! You won't regret it.
