As far as how good this book is, I'd give it a 4.5/5 rating. It was an easy read and it talks about the importance of a positive mindset, how to structure your goals, and being an effective leader. It will do this in the 13 steps to riches section.
It emphasizes the importance of having a Burning Desire to want to achieve, and this desire will carry your though with willpower when things get hard. It was must readed book everyone for good mindset.
