One of the greatest films of all time. George Bailey epitomises a man who selflessly serves his community putting others needs above his own. Then disaster strikes and he finds out if his life has any value. This from an actor who a few years previously had flown with the American Army Airforce over Europe.
I watch this every year at Christmas and feel even more inspired each time is through.
