I like the smaller open world as its packed with locations and buildings to enter. The graphics are a bit underwhelming and seem outdated. The controls suck. Frame rate sucks shooting the guns seems very slow and it's easily noticeable that this game is an underachiever. I'll come back in a few months maybe the holiday season to see if it's fixed. If Microsoft can't get it's act together I'll be buying a PS5 for myself as my son hogs the one we currently have. I don't understand all the hype for these games by Bethesda they have the same game mechanics and graphics engine from the previous decade and last 2 generations of consoles. When will we stop having push buttons to be pick items up? The combat never really gets any better from fallout 3 and elder scrolls oblivion.
